Family owned and operated we're proud to be serving Richmond and the surrounding area for the past two decades.
Our family originally opened The Grove Avenue Grill in 1996.
My parents wanted to bring Richmond, a taste of Philadelphia where they were born and raised.
(and yes, if you want an authentic, Philly Cheesesteak,
you're in the right place!)
The Grill quickly developed a loyal following, and we began to receive requests from local companies for off-site catering of their corporate events.
As this side of the business grew, and in response to increasing demand from our customers, my wife Laurie and I, in 2003, decided to focus solely on the catering business, and Morrissey’s Catering was born!
Our mission is to provide the best catered meals at a fair price.
We are extremely proud and honored to work with some of the best organizations around, including numerous local corporations, major universities, high school and collegiate athletic teams, pharmaceutical companies, funeral homes, non-profit organizations, as well as several churches and schools.
